Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@mysnugglehouse.com. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (where applicable) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
